Try the Brisket at Brisket! Brisket Restaurant’s tasty, beautifully cooked signature dish is made from one of the least well known cuts of beef, Brisket, which is marinated in Guinness for 24 hours then home-smoked and roasted for a total of eight hours.

Brisket builds on the successes of its predecessor Bankside SE1, retaining the vision of fresh, wholesome and sustainable British food.

The basement venue near Southwark Bridge is spacious and seats 150 guests, offering flexible dining options for a relaxed meal, an intimate function or a large party. Our neutral decor and comfy furnishings provide a relaxing atmosphere in both the casual Brisket Express lounge and in intimate booths which surround the spacious tables on the main floor.
